Registration Procedure
1. Free Trial Lesson and Counseling
We provide a 60 minute trial period for you to experience our high quality instructors and lesson. After the trial lesson, we will have counseling time in Japanese to discuss your level, educational goals, concerns, lesson content and style. The whole process should take about 90 minutes.
2. Level Check Results and Course Planning
Based on your level check results, we will offer a course plan which will assist you in achieving your study goals. We will contact you with your level check results, course package and pricing estimate.
3. Payment
After reaching an agreement, we will send you an official invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer. Once we confirm your payment, you can begin booking your lessons online.
4. Book your First Lesson
Please click the link below and reserve your lesson. Please note: Rescheduling carries no penalty and can only be done 24 hours before the time of the lesson. Cancellation of lessons must be done 24 hours before the start of the lesson in order to avoid penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will count as a lesson taken. 5. First Lesson
In this lesson, you will meet with your teacher who will assist you in designing your own unique textbook, course content and homestudy program. Your teacher will recommend study tools, online resources and advise you how to maximize learning habits. We will provide you with a payment receipt and a document listing our school policies.
6. Future Lessons
We will continue to monitor your development as you progress through the levels. We will adjust course content, lesson style and homework to ensure that you achieve your goals in the most effective way. We can provide a level assessment at any time, however, for official test grades/scores, we recommend any of the excellent certified Language Proficiency Tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, EIKEN, TOEIC, TEAP, etc.
